747live ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under the minimum age will be suspended immediately, and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Account Creation and Security
To use the services offered by 747live ph, you are required to create a personal account through the Register page. Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 747live ph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any channel outside the official platform.
Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately via [email protected] and change your password without delay. 747live ph is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using 747live ph, you agree to the following obligations and usage standards:
- You will use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- You will not attempt to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's systems, software, or game outcomes.
- You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial assistance to interact with the platform.
- You will not engage in any form of fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, collusion, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
- You will not use the platform to facilitate money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
- You will not share your account with other individuals or allow third parties to access your account on your behalf.
Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance, without prior notice.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All financial transactions on 747live ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform, as listed on the Deposit page. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and authorized for their use.
747live ph does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person or through third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the 747live ph account holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance with the platform's account policies. 747live ph reserves the right to apply processing times and verification procedures as necessary. Any transaction fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
In cases where fraudulent, erroneous, or reversed transactions are identified, 747live ph reserves the right to freeze the affected account pending investigation and to recover any funds credited in error.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
747live ph provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical issues. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from temporary service unavailability, system maintenance, or events outside our control.
The platform does not guarantee any particular outcome from gameplay. Online gaming involves chance, and 747live ph makes no representations regarding potential winnings or the probability of any result.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 747live ph's total liability to any user for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure: 747live ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to meet verification requirements. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach, any remaining balance will be processed for return to the user subject to standard verification procedures.
7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on the 747live ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and software — is the property of 747live ph or its content licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links and Content: The platform may contain references or links to third-party services or providers. 747live ph does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party services. Access to third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those parties' own terms and policies.
Changes to These Terms: 747live ph may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
